Having a personal mission statement helps a person stay internally motivated and focused in ministry and reduces the risk of burnout. A personal mission statement is important for a lifetime of fulfilling ministry.  This series of studies will help students develop their own personal mission statements. In the process, students will come up with their biblical purpose, core values, personal vision, mission statement and a plan for personal growth and accountability.
