Finishing the Semester, Preparing for the Fall

If you’re the point person on your campus, be sure you enter your semester statistics on GodSquad so we’ll know what God has done on your campus. Be sure to select your staff coach’s name. It only takes a few minutes to fill this out.

If you have a week or two of classes/finals left, you want to have a fun closing party for your weekly meeting. Celebrate what God has done this semester on your campus. Be sure to collect everyone’s email, phone and home address so you can stay in touch over the summer and also connect with everyone before school starts in the fall.

Be sure everyone is ready to live successfully over the summer in their intimacy with God. Find a way to keep everyone accountable, perhaps through email. Make sure everyone has read the Summer Survival guide.

As a reminder, look through the weekly ministry tips for the month of April (tips 11-14) to make sure you have not forgotten anything Your plans for the fall semester should be set by now. Hit the ground running by being certain that you have your weekly meeting room reserved for the fall as well as a spot set aside to do the campus surveys the first week of classes. Think of anything that needs to be reserved for the fall and do it now so you’ll get your best choice of dates and locations for most of your ministry activities.

If you have any questions, email or call your staff coach or email us here at the GodSquad. We’re here to help you.
