Christmas/Winter Conference, Summer Projects and November Roadmap

You’re well into November and you’re probably feeling like the semester is flying by. As you’ve done the last several weeks, take some time to challenge people to consider going to your regional Christmas/Winter conference. If there are people who cannot go for sure, encourage them to think about going on a summer project. That is a larger commitment with more preparation. You should be getting brochures and DVD’s soon but for now you can get information on the Summer Project website.

As you look at the November Roadmap for the week of the 6th – 10th, notice especially the importance of solidifying your leadership team for the Spring semester. This does not happen overnight but takes careful evaluation, prayer, and a specific challenge.

Finally, if you’re doing a November big evangelistic outreach, be sure your plans are in place by this week. Remember, Thanksgiving week will cut a week out of your month for planning.
