October Evangelistic Event
As you are into your final week of September, you do want to finalize your
evangelistic event for October. See last weeks tip for more information and perspective. Also, please skim the weekly tips from the last three weeks in case you missed something. Overall, you want to continue to give your campus a clear opportunity to hear the gospel message and be in a position to follow-up on those who are
interested. You never want to stop sharing the gospel message. Evangelism and discipleship go hand in hand.
The Big Six
This would be a great time to consider training all your students in how to
effectively share their faith as the first step for follow-up. I would recommend that you take one of your next two weekly meetings/Bible studies and go through this extremely simple but effective training for sharing the booklet ?Knowing God Personally?. Here?s three great reasons to training your students in the Big Six:
- The training will give you the opportunity to encourage evangelism on your campus.
- The training will give those who are coming to your meetings to be sure of their relationship with God.
- Finally, the training will be a encouragement to prayer for your campus,motivate students for your monthly evangelistic event, and allow you to see some multiplication taking place as students practice what you teach them.
