weekly ministry tips

Now that September is behind us, there are some important questions to ask of your ministry to accurately plan for October (and the rest of the
semester):

  1. How did we do with do letting everyone on campus know where we meet each week? Are posters still up all over campus? Have we aggressively taken the time as a way of life to invite new people to our meetings? Here are some ideas but make you can come up with more creative posters:

  2. Have we been able to follow-up on new people who have filled out surveys or have come to our meetings?

  7. Is there someone that I'm discipling that could take my place as a leader on campus if something were to happen to me?

These are all excellent questions to try to answer as you evaluate your
ministry.
