Time to Retool

This is a good time to think about re-tooling for your ministry.  Our ministry is truly about giving as many people as possible an opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel message.  This means your campus.  One of the best equipping tools we have for making this possible each semester is the "Knowing God Personally" booklet.  This is a very simple plan for communicating the truths of the gospel both in groups and individually.  If you need some copies of this booklet ask your staff coach or order them on-line on the GodSquad store

If we stop sharing the gospel, your movement runs the risk of stagnating and eventually declining.  We want to regularly share Christ with others in the power of the Holy Spirit and then trust God with the results.  

Here is a super easy plan to train others to share the gospel.  It's called the Big Six.

You may have done this last semester but let us encourage to make this an emphasis in your training every semester.  Tell those who have been through this training that they're needed to help encourage those who are new at sharing their faith.  Take everyone through the training again.  If everyone has done it, do a refresher course to re-ignite the fire of evangelism among your students.  Go for it.
