In the past couple of weekly tips we've talked about challenging your new leadership team so they'll be ready to go in the fall. Also you're thinking about your last big evangelistic event, final party and other key issues. Now is a good time to begin your planning for your fall semester.

Planning for Fall Semester

It is important that you hit the ground running as the first week of the fall semester comes. You will want to:

1. Have you room reserved for your meetings
2. Reserve a table and location for doing your survey if you do that in the fall.
   
3. Plan your weekly Bible study content and guest speakers
   
4. Do some initial planning on your opening bar-b-q or party at the end of the first week to gather everyone for a fun connection time
   
5. Plan your prayer times for the fall
   
6. And several other key activities and issues to prepare for
