As You Approach the Finish Line

If you are on a semester schedule, you are very close to being done for the year.  Let me encourage to do two big things this week:

First, re-read the weekly ministry tips for the past three weeks.  There are some important reminders there that you don't want to miss.  The tips archives has been updated so everything is there.  This will only take you a few minutes to skim each tip and will give you some valuable reminders.

Second, be sure to follow up on people who have not been to your meetings much this semester.  Tell them that you'd still love to have them involved and that you're looking forward to the fall semester. Ask them if they would give you their email address, facebook/myspace and cell number so you can stay in touch over the summer.  Invite them to your final school year party.  Some students may appreciate that fact that you didn't forget them and you missed seeing them.  Give them the important link to surviving the summer spiritually. Some could be leaders with you in the Fall, you never know.
